Nancy Jurek

Nancy’s path, both personally and professionally, resides in the sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga. She enjoys researching and exploring how these ancient wisdom traditions interconnect with current theories of quantum physics and is continuously awed by their parallels. Ayurveda, the ‘science of life,’ serves as a powerful, time-honored healing and rejuvenating modality that is rooted in bringing us back into equilibrium and synchronization with Nature. Through this reciprocal exchange we heal ourselves, and the universe simultaneously. Reality is relational.

Awakening awareness and finding stillness, silence, and expansiveness together through breath work, Yoga asana, deep relaxation, meditation, and dialogue, we tap into the pulse that courses through all and harmonizes all. Nancy’s passion as a LivingPulse guide is in creatively utilizing the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda to inspire merging with the oneness, for it is here that we thrive.
